The Zombie Site
Who are we? Just some shuffling and shambling film nerds that have attempted to create a permanent home for zombie movies through the years, and in all their incarnations.
We have tried to aggregate as many zombie films as we can over the years, written brief descriptions about them, and where possible, we have provided embedded YouTube links so you watch them. We don’t host any of these moves – and we have also supplied links on where you can buy the films…so you can support the living dead in their ongoing evolution on the silver (and small screens).
We have also collated together as many independent zombie films and short films to ensure that the next generation of undead get a bit of exposure too.
Want to to get in touch? Send us some news about something that you are working on, or releasing? Say hello? Yell at us? Tell us we are wrong? No problem, you can email us here: frustratedzombie[at]gmail[dot]com.
1. Who hosts these files?
None of the audio/visual content is hosted on this site. All the media and videos are embedded from other sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, Daily Motion, etc.
In addition to this, we have not uploaded any of the original source material or videos to the video hotsing services like YouTube. If you look hard enough you can find all these videos yourself on Vimeo, YouTube or any other well-known video hosting sites. We are simply acting as curators and editors and aggregating the films we find here.
2. I want to have my film listed on this site. How do I do that?
Great! We would love to hear from you. If you are an independent film-maker, or the copyright holder of a movie then please feel free to send us the link where the film can be watched online and embedded. Even better if you send us a description, or some unique facts or insights about the film that we can feature on the page for our visitors. Email us at: frustratedzombie[at]gmail[dot]com.
3. Some videos have been removed? WTF!?
Yeah, that sometimes happens I’m afraid.
If a video is removed from YouTube or any other site that we are embedding from then you might see a blank area where the film should be. We will always try to find a replacement. In these cases we always at least try to show a trailer of the movie.
4. Can I write for you?
If you want to submit a film review, or an article then feel free to get in touch.
If we agree to use your work, then we will give you full credit, including a link to your Twitter/Facebook page, or website. In some exceptional cases we may even pay for really great, unique and original pieces. Email us at: frustratedzombie[at]gmail[dot]com
5. Can I send you a movie or review copies?
Of course, if you have a dvd or some merchandise that you want reviewed then feel free to get in touch.
